0101 — Submit multi-angle reference photos & memorial requirements
Upload multiple well-lit reference photos including front, side and optional 3/4-angle shots of your pet or loved-one via our quote-request form. Avoid blurry, back-lit or heavily cropped images. Fill in memorial inscriptions, preferred figurine height and finish option. Photo quality directly determines facial or feature likeness of final figurine.
02 — Project assessment & custom quotation (Starting from USD 39.9)
Our team evaluates photo clarity, character complexity, figurine height and finishing requirements. Base price starts at USD 39.9. Larger size, high-detail portraits or custom hand-painted colour will increase final cost. We deliver formal quotation. 50% deposit must be paid before we start digital-modelling work.
0303 — AI-aided 3D sculpting & manual memorial-grade retouch
We generate initial 3D model from your reference photos with AI-assisted tools. Our 3D artists manually refine contours, facial features or pet fur, repair mesh defects, adjust wall-thickness and optimize model structure specially for resin printing. All details are tuned for sentimental memorial keepsake standards.
04 — Render preview & client final confirmation
High-quality render previews are sent for your review. Two minor design revisions are included free of charge; each extra revision costs USD 20. We will never proceed to printing production until you give full written approval for the digital 3D model.
0505 — Model slicing & high-precision resin SLA 3D-printing
The confirmed 3D file goes through professional slicing configuration. We run high-detail SLA resin 3D-printing layer-by-layer to produce raw physical figurine attached with necessary support structures.
06 — Post-print washing & UV light curing
Raw printed parts go through solvent washing to remove residual liquid resin, followed by controlled UV-light curing to achieve full material hardness and structural stability.
0707 — Support removal, polishing & optional hand-painting
Carefully clip away support structures; polish contact marks, layer lines and surface burrs. Hand-painting is available as optional upgrade for realistic skin or fur colour effect. Every detail is double-checked for memorial-grade presentation. Manufacturing-caused defects will be remade free-of-charge.
08 — Final quality inspection & export-grade shock-resistant packaging
We verify likeness, dimension, surface finish and memorial text accuracy. Fragile resin figurines are packed with heavy-duty shock-absorbent export-grade material for long-distance international transit.
09 — Balance payment, global delivery & after-sales support
After passing full QC, collect remaining balance, ship worldwide and provide official tracking number together with dedicated after-sales support.
