Final freight is confirmed together with your order because carriers apply seasonal surcharges and fuel indexes. Figures marked "From" on product pages are EXW reference prices.

How we calculate chargeable weight
Carriers bill whichever is greater: the actual parcel weight or the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated from the parcel dimensions using the carrier's divisor — 8,000 for economy and standard lines, 5,000 for express courier services. Entering your box size, if you know it, gives the most accurate figure.
Which service should I choose?
- Economy Packet — cheapest tracked option; 15–25 business days. Best for a single candle, a charm or a small gift box.
- Standard Line — balanced price and speed; 10–16 business days. Recommended for gift boxes and keepsake sets.
- Express Courier — fastest, signature on delivery; 3–6 business days. Duties may apply on arrival.
Booking freight yourself
If you already hold an account with one of our carriers (for example Yanwen Logistics) and prefer to arrange the shipment on your own label, use the Book button next to any quote to open the carrier's platform. We also ship on your behalf by default — in that case we invoice the confirmed freight together with the order.
