Shipping Policy

1. Production Lead-Time

• 3D-printed figurines: 15–20 working days after deposit payment & 3D model confirmation.
• Flat engraved crafts: 10–15 working days after confirmation.
• Ready-to-ship gifts: dispatch within 2–4 working days after payment.

2. Carriers & Tracking

We ship worldwide via Yanwen Logistics and, where faster service is requested, DHL / FedEx / UPS. Every dispatched order receives an official tracking number, trackable on our Track Order page (powered by 17TRACK, supporting 2,000+ carriers).

3. Pricing Terms

All listed prices are EXW reference quotes. Shipping cost is quoted separately based on destination country, weight and speed. Customs duties, import taxes and any destination-country fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Packaging

All memorial goods are packed with export-grade, shock-absorbent protective materials designed for long-distance international transit. Fragile resin figurines receive additional reinforced packaging.

5. Delivery Times

Typical international delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on destination and carrier. Delays caused by customs inspection, weather or carrier disruption are outside our control, but we will assist in tracing any delayed parcel.

6. Damaged In Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer package and contents and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo / video evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed. See our Return & Refund Policy for remedies.
