Complex portraits or larger figurines will have higher quotations. Send your reference photos for our precise assessment. Two minor revisions are included; extra revisions cost USD 20 each.

The USD 39.9 base price applies to an unpainted finished figurine. Hand-painted realistic colour is an optional paid upgrade. Please send us your photos so we can give you a complete itemized quotation.

Please provide multiple clear, evenly-lit photos including front view plus side-angle shots. Blurry, dim-light or heavily over-exposed photos will reduce likeness and final figurine quality.

We never begin physical 3D-printing until you fully approve our 3D render preview.

Yes, clear photos can be used for flat laser engraving.

Our laser-engraved pieces are durable and fade-resistant under normal indoor display conditions.

All custom-made memorial goods are produced exclusively according to your submitted photos, text requirements and confirmed 3D renders. We guarantee free re-production for items with confirmed manufacturing defects such as carving error, printing defect, wrong text, or production-caused dimension deviation. Custom-made products DO NOT support unconditional return, exchange or refund due to subjective personal preference, dissatisfaction with likeness expectation, or change-of-mind after model confirmation. If goods arrive damaged in transit, please provide clear photo / video evidence within 48 hours upon package receipt. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted. We only provide after-sales support for products produced by PlasCraft.

1) Plain ready-to-ship gifts without any engraving: you may apply for return or exchange within 14 calendar days if items are unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Buyer bears return shipping cost. 2) Ready-to-ship gifts with simple text engraving: these are semi-custom goods. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Change-of-mind return is not available. 3) Damaged-in-transit for stock goods: submit photo & video evidence within 48 hours after receiving the parcel for support.

Please take clear photos or short videos showing the defective position, order number and outer package, and send them to us via our contact form or WhatsApp within 7 days after receiving the goods. Our team will verify the issue and arrange free re-production for qualified cases.

For custom-made memorial crafts, our quality warranty covers manufacturing defects within 30 days from delivery date. Warranty does NOT cover man-made damage, drop impact, improper storage, scratches caused by daily use, or natural ageing of material.
