• Order & inquiry information: name, email address, WhatsApp number, shipping address, and the content of your messages.
• Photos & reference files: images and documents you upload for custom 3D-printed figurines or laser engraving. These are used solely to produce your custom item.
• Payment information: handled entirely by PayPal. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To produce your custom keepsake and ship your order.
• To communicate quotations, production previews, shipping notifications and after-sales support.
• To improve our website, products and customer service.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Photos Of Your Loved Ones

We understand memorial photos are deeply personal. Your photos are used only for design and production of your order, are accessible only to staff directly involved in your project, and are deleted from our production systems within 90 days after order completion upon written request.

5. Third-Party Services
