Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order or submitting an inquiry on plascraft.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Custom Production

• Custom crafts are quote-only. Production starts after we receive a 50% deposit and your written approval of the 3D render / design draft.
• Two minor revisions are included free of charge; each additional revision costs USD 20.
• Once you approve the design, we manufacture strictly to the approved file. Subjective dissatisfaction after production does not qualify for return or remake.
• Ready-to-ship gifts support direct checkout with optional simple short-text engraving. Photo custom is not available for in-stock items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are EXW reference quotes in USD; shipping, duties and taxes are not included. Payments are processed through PayPal. Balance payment is collected before shipment for custom orders.

4. Spiritual & Fortune Talismans Disclaimer

Spiritual and fortune talismans sold on this site are cultural artistic ornaments for display and collection only. They carry no supernatural or magical effects, and no such effect is claimed or implied.

5. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own the rights to all photos and texts you submit. You grant PlasCraft a limited licence to use them solely to produce your order. Website content, product designs and photographs remain the property of PlasCraft.

6. Limitation Of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
