Material & Craft

Select your preferred material and craft type. Flat laser engraving creates precise 2D image and text. Photo-to-3D-printed figurines convert multi-angle photos into solid three-dimensional resin memorial statues. Hand-painting is available as a paid upgrade for figurine orders.

Packaging & Shipping

All custom memorial goods use export-grade shock-absorbent protective packaging. All prices are EXW reference quotes, shipping cost and customs duties are not included.

After-Sales Note

This is a custom-made product. Free re-production applies only to verified manufacturing defects. No unconditional return or refund after model confirmation. Transit damage requires photo/video evidence submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery. Man-made damage is not covered.
